• 48% Bonarda, 45% Malbec & 7% Semillón • The Bonarda and Malbec are sourced mainly from Luján de Cuyo and a small percentage from Medrano • The Semillón is sourced from the Uco Valley • Hand harvested followed by double sorting process • Malbec and Semillón grapes are harvested early and co-fermented • Bonarda is vinified separately • All components were fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks between 24-26ºC for 10 days • Aged for a minimum of 9 months in concrete vats
