Precious and noble from its color, the Roero Tibaldi immediately announces itself as a great wine thanks to its clear ruby red color, with garnet reflections. It is its complexity that makes it elegant and intriguing.
On the nose, the fruity notes emerge with vivacity: small ripe red fruits, wild strawberries, raspberries, spicy notes of pink pepper and floral notes of red rose and violet. Velvety on the palate, with good alcohol content, it is the tannic texture so well integrated that makes this pure Nebbiolo even more elegant, still capable of long evolution thanks to the good freshness that defines it.
In the glass it gradually opens up to many nuances and tertiary notes, sophisticated toasted notes, for this reason we recommend it paired with a fantastic plate of Gnocchi al Castelmagno!
