The Thieves treasure classic California Cabernet Sauvignon. This Cab is made in an approachable style with balanced, juicy fruit flavors supported by smooth, supple tannins. To further enhance the blend, the wine is infused with French and American oak, which beautifully complements the dark berry, black currant and cherry flavors, lending hints of warm spice and vanilla.
WINEMAKERS’ NOTES
The Three Thieves can’t resist the allure of rubies, and this Cabernet Sauvignon sparkles like a gem. In the glass, it’s a brilliant ruby red, with inviting aromas of fresh cherries and toasted vanilla. Deep cherry and berry flavors are rich on the palate, leading the way for a powerful, full finish.

Deep purple color. Fruity aromas and flavors of dark chocolate toffee, roasted peppers, and berry pie crust with a satiny, bright, fruity medium body and a smooth, medium-length vanilla cream, spiced bing cherries and plums, and walnut finish with fine, dusty tannins and light oak.
A nice tidy cabernet with ripe fruit and an easy style.
