Our wine has aromas of lime, pear, white flowers, green apple, and honeydew melon.  It has a crisp clean acidity and refreshing cucumber, kiwi, apple, floral and some exotic fruit flavors.  It finishes with a refreshing minerality and flavors of citrus and canteloupe.  The natural acidity brings the full texture of this wine into perfect balance.

A dynamite Sauvignon Blanc that is pure California in style. Tempting aromas of tropical fruit and honeysuckle are accompanied by classic grapefruit and melon notes. Medium-bodied with excellent mouthfeel, this is an exuberant wine that is super enjoyable on its own or with a wide array of fish and chicken dishes.
