The Seeker Sauvignon Blanc has hints of citrus and nectarine with a touch of freshly-cut grass. Refreshing, with subtle flavors of gooseberry and sweet summer herbs finishing juicy and long. This wine is ideally-suited to shellfish, salads, citrus-sauced dishes, ocean voyages, and park blanket reconnaissance.
The quality of this vintage is back up to where it was in 2016, and the fruit less confected than it's been previous years. Delicate attractive notes of lime blossom and stone fruit along with a hint of snow pea and sea salt nestle within a silky texture, buoyed by a line of stony crunchy acidity.
