The Seeker sought their Malbec high in the foothills of the Andes Mountains in Mendoza where the altitude and soils produce perfectly ripened fruit. The 2016 Malbec is dominated by aromas of fresh red fruit and spice. On the palate, this wine is smooth and robust, with juicy, ripe black cherry flavors culminating in a lingering, spicy finish.
Perfectly matched to cured or grilled meats, game, Cajun and Indian-style foods, and tinkering with creations...never mind the crash.
Blend: 85% Malbec, 10% Bonarda, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
