Pair with Cheese - Creamy & Bloomy, Cheese - Fresh & Soft, Cheese - Hard Aged, Cheese - Nutty & Semi-Firm, Cheese - Stinky, Dessert - Chocolate & Coffee.

This well-aged Glenrothes single malt was distilled back in February 1978, and left to rest for two decades. It was then bottled in 1999 as a restricted release (like what it says on the label!), with the tasting notes on the bottle suggesting notes of blackberry and vanilla.
