The Four Graces Pinot Noir Willamette Valley 2017 |
The 2017 Pinot Noir showcases a beautiful ruby hue in the glass. Pleasant aromas of raspberry, Bing cherry and hints of earthy forest floor mingle. The palate exudes bright red fruit flavors of cherry and cranberry which are complemented by a focused mid palate of black pepper and light roasted coffee beans. The finish crisp with a perfectly balanced acidity
This wine is 100% pinot noir sourced from select vineyard sites throughout the Willamette Valley. Following fermentation, the wine was aged for nine months in French oak barrels (15% new). It comes in at 13.9% ABV.
