• 40% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah & 30% Mouvèdre • Grapes are grown at more than 1,000 meters above sea levels, on the foothills of Mount Lebanon, in the Hadath Baalbeck area • Chalky clay soils • Hand harvested into crates and sorted on tables • 100% destemmed, then fermented for 20-30 days in temperature controlled oak vats • Aged for 20-22 months in large oak vats • Unfined and unfiltered
