Light gold. Bright notes of white peach, pear and spring flowers. Complex and layered with ripe peach, pear, citrus and a mouth filling texture with crisp mineral finish.

Pale straw in the glass. 13.5% ABV. Aromas of lemon grass and apricot with some white pepper. Mouthfeel is dry, and gives medium body with medium plus acidity. Flavors of apricot, green apple, and a fresh finish of minerality.
