• Blanco tequila produced in Arandas, Los Altos, Jalisco, at Destilería el Ranchito (NOM 1414) • Maestro Tequilero Sergio Cruz • Produced using 100% estate-grown Azul aka Blue Weber (Agave tequilana) matured 6–8 years • Roasted in brick ovens for at least 26 hours using culinary steam • Milled using a roller mill • Open-air fermented using “the Mozart method” in stainless steel tanks for 5–8 days using proprietary and Caribbean rum yeasts with deep well water • Distilled twice in copper pot stills • A subtle and mellow nose, with cooked agave aromas of roast yam and potato skin, subtle strawberry, and a hint of cookies & cream; the palate texture is light, but the flavors are stronger, with distinct lime zest, cooked peach, cracked black peppercorn, and a hint of lemongrass • Verified additive free by Tequila Matchmaker • 40% ABV
