Aromas of yellow flowers, sweet potato and white pepper delicately interweave, while the clean palate delivers honeycomb, a hint of cardamom, meyer lemon, green olive, and generous green notes from peppers to wheatgrass.

In the nose it has a honeyed profile with botanical nuances, cooked agave and crystallized fig notes sprout, complemented by nuances of lime peel, fresh anise, menthol and epazote.
