DESCRIPTION

• Limited edition blanco tequila produced at Hacienda de Oro (NOM 1522) in Amatitán, Jalisco • Maestro Tequilero Jaime Villalobos Sauza • 100% Azul aka Blue Weber (A. tequilana) harvested at 7 years and 5 months of age • Cooked for 8 hours using medium-high pressure autoclave; cooled inside the closed oven for another 48 hours • Milled three times using a three-roll cane mill for maximum extraction • 70% fermented in American oak for 8 days and 30% fermented in stainless steel for 7 days • Fermentations distilled separately in stainless steel pot stills with copper heads • Blended and slowly proofed over 6 days • Tantalizing aromas of fresh agave, white tea, dried apple, tangerine, tarragon, slate, toasted rice, and parsnip precede a palate brimming with cooked agave and soft, rolling waves of roasted corn husk, steamed taro, sweet cream, dragon fruit, raw almond, and a touch of lightly toasted oak • Additive free • 44% ABV Primavera, meaning spring, is a limited edition release from Entremanos crafted to honor the influence of the season, displayed through fermentation. This special bottling was crafted from mature agave harvested in February 2025 and divided into two separate, extended fermentations in American oak and stainless steel. Each fermentation was distilled separately to different strengths, and then they were blended and slowly proofed down before bottling, encapsulating an astounding and profound expression of time and place.
