here’s a ton of spicy vegetalness and lots of complexity. Has that typical tepe greenness, but with a nice layer of pepper, jalapeno to go with it. I have a hard time putting my finger on other notes, but that’s one reason I like this one some much.
Earthy, garden fresh nose. Palate is full of produce section veggies, minerality, and oil. Finish is long with a decent alcohol burn. A little too “veggie” for my tastes, but still a well-crafted mezcal.
