The estate's top cuvée or Gold Label (Oro) is classic Gavi from their very old vineyards.
The big difference here is that the wine spends six months on the lees adding extra weight, a hint of smoky spice, some crisp apricot fruit and more texture, but this is delicately done and just adds to the whole.
