The Negroamaro “Paritaru” is the result of that popular wisdom which over the years has become art in winemaking and which results in a unique wine with an intense red colour with violet reflections.
A full nose of black currant, blackberry and jam that we find then in the mouth accompanied by hints of black chocolate and a spicy finish. Excellent with aged cheeses, white and red meats. This wine is Vegan.
