A true Mexican classic brand; 100% estate-grown blue agave, slow-roasted for 4 days, fermented with Carlos Camerena’s wild yeast culture dating back 75 years; double-distilled in small copper pot stills and aged foraged 18 months in used American oak barrels. (40% abv.)
Round and subtle, spice and pepper aromas precede notes of cinnamon and clove. Vanilla and caramel flavors mingle with hints of cocoa sweet spice and toasted wood.(80º) This Anejo offers pronounced agave notes and was aged for 18 months in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks.
