Aromas of pureed apples, flowers and lemon grass follow through to a medium body with a brioche and light praline undertone to the fruit. Tangy acidity. Light caramel at the end.
Toasted hazelnut, Meyer lemon pith, plaster of Paris and lightly tart yogurt aromas make for a complex nose in this bottling from an iconic vineyard. The palate is rounded in nutty cashew and hazelnut flavors, with a baked lemon edge adding to the viscous mouthfeel.
Vivid yellow. Pear nectar, Meyer lemon, honey, tarragon and chamomile qualities on the deeply perfumed, smoke-tinged nose. Silky and concentrated, offering vibrant citrus and orchard fruit flavors that spread out and become spicier with air. Finishes with gentle grip and strong, floral-driven persistence, leaving a sweet vanilla note behind.
