Tabor Merlot Adama 2017

This wine has pronounced flavors of black forest fruits, with undertones of plums and tobacco. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, and then aged for another year in the bottle, which gives it a long and complex finish. 

Pairs well with caramelized roasted veggies or or blackened fish.
