Aromas of honeysuckle and fresh lemon seem slightly sweet but very subtle, and then the palate grips with a flashy tautness, carrying flavors of chalk and Key lime pith.
Bright, sharply focused citrus and orchard fruit aromas are complicated by hints of white flowers, ginger and chalky minerals.
Sappy, penetrating lime zest and pear skin flavors show good depth as well as tension and pick up a hint of succulent herbs with aeration.
Closes tight, minerally and quite long, featuring repeating mineral and floral notes.
