• 100% Syrah • Sourced from D.O. Empedrado, Maule Valley • 150+ years-old originario-farmed grafted vines planted on sandy granitic soils covering cracked, decomposed granite bedrock • Hand harvested • Fermented with indigenous yeast in conical fermenters, with caps punched down by hand • Lignified stems re-introduced after crush (to avoid carbonic maceration) about 20% • Aged for two years in neutral, old barrels
