• 100% Syrah • Fruit sourced from 20+ year old vines in Heathcote • Red Cambrian soils of the Mount Camel Range • Hand harvested • Fermented with indigenous yeast, 50% whole bunch • Aged in a range of Stockinger casks and concrete tank before being blended to one 2,000-litre Stockinger cask for the remainder of its maturation • Bottled after 33 months of aging
