Sylvaner Valle Isarco, Kofererhof 2022 has a beautiful straw yellow color enriched with green reflections. The nose opens with a pleasant and intense bouquet, in which aromas of white-fleshed fruit, nuances of flowers and notes of plums and kiwis are found. On the palate it is complex, with a nice freshness due to the balanced acidity and good minerality. Overall it is a savory and deep wine with character.
Perfect to accompany first courses, it is ideal in combination with cheeses and fish dishes.
