Sylvaner is one of our favorite wines from the Novacella Abbey!

This wine, originally from Germany, was introduced in Alto Adige around 1900. Today it is grown only in Alto Adige and mainly in the Isarco Valley, where the Novacella cellar is located. The Sylvaner prefers the slopes that are not too high and sunny in the middle Valle Isarco.

This South Tyrolean white wine from the Novacella winery is a pure Sylvaner.
