The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Jack’s Vineyard has a lush nose with a juicy core of fruit that smells slightly tart in the glass. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, the wine has a bright cherry expression that leads to a pleasing dusty minerality and surprising balance on the lingering finish.
