Sugrue Cuvee Boz Blanc de Blanc Brut 2015 2015

This very limited production wine, our first Blanc de Blancs, is Dermot’s tribute to his late brother Boz.

Glorious 2015 Chardonnay fruit from Hampshire forms 100% of the blend. This wine was vinified entirely in stainless barrels, without any oak, so a remarkable clarity and freshness shines through displaying toasty, flint-like minerality and a long, persistent finish.
