This Nebbiolo, often compared to a precious garnet stone, exhibits a velvety texture, high tannins, powerful notes of cherry, plum, and violet with sweet spices of tobacco and cocoa, and aging notes of white truffle. This is the perfect Nebbiolo to pair with fresh game, red meat, and mature cheeses. 

Rich aromas of dried cherries and rose petals with hints of forest floor and bark. Full-bodied with velvety, fruit and spice-coated tannins and a twist of orange peel and rather bitter herb keeping the long finish fresh.
