• Straight rye bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, by Proof and Wood • Distilled at MGP in Indiana • Mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley • Aged a minimum of 4 years in 53-gallon barrels • A rich nose of orange marmalade, fresh thyme, and a hint of clove leads to a full and waxy mid-palate that transitions with pleasant tannin to a finish of black pepper, rosemary, and browned butter • Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV Roulette Rye is a testament to Proof and Wood founder Dave Schmier's ability to blend quintessential straight rye whiskey.
