• Straight rye whiskey distilled by New Riff Distilling in Newport, Kentucky, for High N’ Wicked • Mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted rye • Produced with water sourced from a high-mineral, limestone-fed aquifer directly beneath the distillery • Three-day, open-top, sour mash fermentation • Distilled in a Vendome copper column still and copper continuous doubler • Aged minimum 5 years in toasted char level #4 barrels • Caramelized apples and peaches, chocolate covered cherries, and orange peel with cinnamon, white pepper, and a touch of dill on the nose; spicy, honeyed palate with caramel candy, black peppercorn, chili pepper, allspice, clove, and nutmeg with a clean and vibrant finish • Non-chill filtered; 45% ABV Utilizing New Riff’s unique rye mash bill, showcasing the many dimensions of rye grain, and a dialed-in proof rigorously vetted by bartenders and industry professionals, High N’ Wicked’s 5 Year Straight Rye seamlessly bridges the gap between an everyday whiskey and premium sipper.
