• 2025 vintage straight rye whiskey produced by Pinhook Whiskey • Distilled at Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, KY; blended by Pinhook Cofounder and Master Blender Sean Josephs • Mash bill of 60% rye, 20% corn, 20% malted barley; all grain non-GMO • Distilled in a Vendome copper column still and 375-gallon doubler • Aged over 3 years in char #4 new American oak barrels; non-age statement • Proofed with ground-fed, limestone-filtered spring water • A nose that’s abundant with sweet, honey roasted peanuts and fresh alfalfa hay leads to a palate of rich baking spices, caramel, and ripe bananas • Non-chill filtered; 49.5% ABV Embracing vintage variation, Pinhook annually crafts its core rye whiskey from select mature stock.
