• Single barrel straight bourbon whiskey produced by Prohibition Craft Spirits (PCS) Distilling Company in Louisville, Kentucky • Bottled exclusively for Skurnik Wines & Spirits • Barrel KY192 • Distilled at Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky • Mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley • Aged 7 years in new American oak barrels; this includes over one year in PCS Distilling’s heat-cycled warehouse • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 70.1% ABV “The nose opens with cedar, orchard fruit, dried herbs, and orange peel. On the palate, bold notes of cherry cola, cassis, licorice, and peppermint are layered with brown sugar and dried fruit.
