• Single barrel straight bourbon whiskey produced by PCS Distilling Company in Louisville, Kentucky • Selected by the Skurnik Spirits Portfolio and bottled exclusively for Skurnik Wines & Spirits • Barrel number C480 • Mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley • Distilled at MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana • Aged 8 years in new American oak; a portion of the maturation took place at PCS Distilling’s warehouse where the barrel was heat-cycled, introducing temperature variation to raise proof and viscosity • Non-chill filtered; 65.9% ABV “This 8-year Skurnik Selection is bold, oak-forward, and bottled at a hefty 131.8 proof. It opens with rich notes of burnt sugar, toffee, and toasted spice, wrapped in a buttery, full-bodied texture. The palate is intense but balanced, with layers of dark caramel, leather, and baking spice.
