DESCRIPTION
A deep, ruby red wine with a dark cherry tobacco nose. There is a slight sweetness up front on the palate with coffee and dark chocolate notes. Firm tannins and acid round out this wine and give structure. PAIRING Great with spicy Chinese dishes, Indian curries, Greek gyros, roast lamb, vegetable lasagna, mild cheddar and blue cheese.
Stellar produces this lovely organic red wine: A ruby coloured wine with spices and berry flavours. Smooth and round with a fine fruit balance. A good match to pasta, lamb or beef dishes.
A fruit-forward style of Pinotage, this boasts ripe notes of raspberry, strawberry and blueberry upfront, with subtle accents of black pepper, vanilla oak and purple flowers in the background. Medium tannins lend some structure to the rich fruitiness of the palate, but fade fast on the finish.
