Steele Canyon - Pinot Noir

The brilliant ruby color hints at the multi-layered, dark fruit and subtle herbal flavors and aromas, and a very smooth, lingering finish completes the profile.

This fruit was hand harvested, cold soaked for six days and slowly fermented in stainless steel. Bottle aging will add complexity.
