First, the good points. Wind Chateau has excellent products, and a wide variety of them. The ordering process is painless and intuitive, and the prices are reasonable. Now for the rest. I ordered my Brandy from them, and heard nothing beyond an immediate acknowledgement for over a week. I contacted them via e-mail to cancel my order, and within minutes I received an e-mail from them announcing that my order was being packed and I would receive it Friday or Saturday (this was on a Tuesday). Of course, it is just a coincidence that the order went into pick status just as I attempted to cancel it. In point of fact, I did not receive my order until the following Wednesday. In fairness, the order was well packed and arrived intact.
