- 40%, Chardonnay, 30% Glera, 30% Pinot Nero from Treviso (Veneto)
- Grapes are harvested in mid-September
- Light maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature of 16°C
- First and Second fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts
- The spumante is left on the lees for 3 months and then clarified and bottled
- 11% alcohol
- 17g/l of residual sugar
