This wine seduces with intense aromas of ripe strawberries, accompanied by subtle oak notes and a subtle hint of liquorice.
The palate shows a harmonious structure with fine tannins. The fruitiness of the strawberries combines with a light spiciness, which leads to a long-lasting, dry finish.
The Pinot Noir matured partly in steel and partly in wood, which gives it a balanced tension and a fine tannin structure.
