Rosé vinified from Pinot Noir grapes from the Selbach-Oster winery and the single vineyard 'Himmelreich' in Zeltingen. In the nose with delicate hints of wild strawberries. Dense on the palate, dry with a mild, harmonious acidity on the finish.
A wonderful wine "solo" for the garden and terrace, as an accompaniment to light fresh cuisine, fish and seafood, as well as asparagus with hollandaise or butter.
