A blend of Grenache Blanc from the Boushey and Carthage Vineyards in Columbia Valley. This dry white spends 5 month aging on the less in both stainless steel and used Hungarian oak barrels.
Medium-bodied with aromas of melon and orchard fruits. Pair with salmon and shiso rice.
