SOKOL BLOSSER EVOLUTION RED BIB 2020

A vibrant purple red in colour. On the nose notes of red summer berries, sweet spice and crushed violets, underscored by cocoa and an earthy minerality. Very approachable on the palate with great acidity and a refreshing texture leading to further red fruit flavours. The finish is crisp and lingering. Try with grilled Andouillette with mashed potatoes and a mustard sauce, roast spiced lamb cutlets with pilau rice or a simple chilli pepper omelette.
