• Single cask single malt Scotch whisky produced by Isle of Rassay [raah-see] Distillery in Raasay, Scotland • Produced from Concerto barley • Double distilled in Frilli copper pot stills • Matured entirely in a first-fill Bordeaux red wine cask; non-age statement • No added coloring • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 61.9% ABV This single cask release from Isle of Raasay’s Na Sia series (Gaelic for “The Six” and pronounced “neh shee-ah”) offers a deep dive into one of the six styles of single malt produced by the distillery. Expect notes of dried fruit, grape, Christmas cake, and bread pudding.
