• Single malt Scotch whisky produced by Isle of Rassay [RAAH•see] Distillery in Raasay, Scotland • Blend of peated and unpeated malt produced from Concerto barley • Malt lightly peated to 48–52 ppm • Double distilled in Frilli copper pot stills • Non-age statement; matured in a combination of first-fill rye whiskey, new Chinkapin oak, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks • Bombastic aromas of ripe papaya, aged leather, stewed plum, and orange peel transition to a rich palate of grilled peach, strawberry jam, and cinnamon with underripe pineapple, grape must, and a whisp of smoke on a slightly salinic finish • No added coloring • Non-chill filtered; 46.4% ABV Isle of Rassay Distillery’s flagship expression is composed of a blend of the distillery’s six distinct single malts, resulting in a Scotch whisky of unparalleled elegance, complexity, and depth.
