• Limited release single grain Irish whiskey finished in Tinta Negra Madeira Casks • Sourced from an undisclosed distillery in County Cork, Ireland, and finished by global whiskey legend Noel Sweeney for High N' Wicked • Distilled from 95% French maize and 5% malted barley on a continuous Coffey column still • Aged in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in Tinta Negra Caste Extra Sweet Madeira Casks for an additional 6 months • Non-age statement • Aromas of breakfast porridge with butter, lemon curd, and heather progress to a palate of Madeira-soaked tea cakes with royal icing. Toasted barley, clover honey, and Himalayan Sea salt gently frame a finish of lingering, pleasant tannin • Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV Single grain distillates are experiencing a renewed appreciation on the world whisk(e)y stage, and this expression perfectly displays why.
