DESCRIPTION

Robust aromatics of florals, sweet fruits, and hints of anise, baking spices and dark chocolate. Full-bodied, with good tannin structure and flavors of black cherry crisp, blackberries, mocha, violets and a long berry finish.

This is a 100% varietal wine that hails from the producer's Mount George Vineyard in the relatively cool appellation. Woody and herbal, it offers integrated layers of blueberry, cranberry and red currant. Tangy acidity boosts the dense underbelly of tannin and oak, while the finish is awash in crushed rock.
