Silice Rosado Ribeira Sacra 2021

It is a rosé wine made from the Mencia, Merenzao and Palomino varieties. Pale salmon colour with soft golden glints. Aromas of citrus notes on the nose, white and red flowers and red apple. In the mouth it is fresh, light, and with a good acidity.

Perfect with with a rack of lamb with a Merlot glaze, braised beef short ribs, or roasted root vegetables.
