This is a deeply concentrated wine with layers of complexity designed for extended aging.

The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Padrone is silky, polished and nuanced. Super-ripe red cherry, raspberry jam, white chocolate and new French oak give the Padrone much of its raciness and overall sensuality. This is an especially dense, unctuous style, and yet all the elements are deftly balanced.
