The nose pops with an immediate hit of fresh lemon rolling quickly into lemon curd and warm toasted almonds. The fresh fruitnose is balanced nicely with secondary aromas of custard and brioche, ripe melon, pear, and poached pear. On the palate thewine is full of flavor: perfectly nutty toast and marzipan. The midpalate is creamy with a hint of nutmeg and finishing with fresh citrus.
Light yellow in color with delicate fruit on the nose of pear, lychee, citrus zest, lightly toasted almonds, and fresh bread. On the palate the wine entry is initially filled with light custard flavors followed by citrus zest and finishing with a slight yeasty flavor.
