Gold, Decanter. A spellbinding mix of stone fruits, guava, lychee and peach with floral aromas. This is Semeli's top-end Moschofilero, matured for six months on its lees to develop character and flavour. The grapes are hand-harvested in Mantinia, located in the heart of the Peloponnese, from 25 year old Moschofilero vines. Will age gracefully if desired but is already drinking extraordinarily well.
Pairs beautifully with: Creamy spaghetti carbonara, creamy risottos, pork tenderloin, roast chicken with all the trimmings or veal.
