Clay and limestone, located in Cote Chalonnaise, South of Cote d’Or. This appellation area covers 740 hectares in total. Some tiny plots there are planted in chardonnay.
Food Pairing
To pair with salmon, foie gras or light cheese (Comte 12 months)
Pale gold colour. Good intensity on the nose, mix of ripe fruit, toasted and mineral nuances. Very appealing, the wine possesses a natural balance that highlight the clean and ripe fruit. Soft texture and lovely finish.
