Segal's Cabernet Sauvignon Dishon Single Vineyard 2018

This is a big but balanced and juicy Cab that's loaded with dark fruit aromas and flavors: black plum, cherr, and cassis mingle with spicy accents of vanilla, black currant leaf and crushed violet petals. Firm tannins and a tight structure fill the medium-weight mouth, with a soft dryness lingering through the finish.

Deeply aromatic with notes of black fruits, nuance of vibrant purple flowers and tobacco leaf. On the palate the wine is balanced with a smooth coating tannin. The structure and texture are pure, vibrant, focused, and elegant.
